So yeah. This is getting more and more messed up by the day. Now trust me, this always was completely messed up. Anyway for if you have grandchildren and are lacking a good messed up story, there’s something about hackermans and what happened. They thought they could get me back here and then just torture me away, and nothing would be heard of this lunacy ever again. Something with parcels and all that, you can ask them.

I hadn’t even started talking seriously anyway about their little role in this, so yeah. You can feel the greatness of all of it from a million kilometers afar.

Anyway, I mentioned the big ’local moral overlord’ here a few times. There are more of them, but yeah, 15 years of planned and deliberately trying to ruin someone’s life is quite next level isn’t it.

Grudges I’m not sure about, but narcissism is hereby a confirmed thing.

Anyway, they had their rpg going on full swing yesterday, and it came to my attention that the local moral overlord has been charged and even had to resign from his uni position. Apparently.

Now I don’t believe shit of it obviously, but yeah. Also, it’s embezzlement essentially, so yeah. The guy doesn’t even need to enter jail (2 years sentence with 5 years probation). Anyway, I’m not going to judge over the technical details, but some silly embezzlement and at least 15 years of fucked-up-ness truly are slightly different.

That said, it’s surprising enough already. I used not to be a person caring about these things. But I guess that ‘a mistake or 2, even when it lasts a bit longer than it should have’ and ‘fucking deliberately ruining someone for life as part of a planned display of lunacy with the very lofty real purpose being showing off your ball size’ are two slightly different things.

I just asked out of curiosity for his well-being of course. Because if I take some of my current work seriously then I actually likely kinda should visit the library over there a few times. You know. There are people who bombed whole places for less so to say.

Not that that’s on my mind. But just to point it out. Luckily I have many options in life, and haven’t been paid by anything and anyone on top of it. So yeah.

Also, I guess it indeed was a huge coincidence that he looked that much like the opponent of 韓國瑜（可不可以更無聊對不對）, and had a good year at MIT on top of it. Or whatever.

台南研考會前主蒙志成涉貪判刑2年認罪繳回犯罪所得獲緩刑 2026-04-28 14:39 聯合報／記者邵心杰／台南即時報導

台南市府研考會前主委蒙志成被控不當使用主管特支費，用於家庭聚餐、購物及採購飯店自助餐券，還以公務車載家族成員返鄉奔喪或到購物中心用餐而被訴，台南地院今下午宣判，認蒙犯利用職務上機會詐取財物等罪應執行2年、緩刑5年，公益捐15萬，褫奪公權5年。另妻子則應執行1年2月，緩刑3年，公益捐5萬元，褫奪公權2年。

檢方認為，2人坦承犯行，並在偵查中配合說明，並主動繳回犯罪所得，且本案各次犯行金額均不高，2人均無前科紀錄，檢方對法官是否給予緩刑沒有意見。檢方說，法官如認2人符合緩刑條件，是否給予附帶條件蒙支付15萬元、蒙妻5萬元公益金。蒙志成夫婦均無意見。

蒙志成說，這次案件後自己想了很久，悔恨莫及，他辜負大家的期望了，第一時間已坦承犯行，隔天已請辭主委一職，並在檢方起訴前，辭去他所熱愛的教職工作。他哽咽說，最令他難過的是把家人也牽扯進來，希望法官給予重生機會，讓他們可以繼續走下去。

檢方起訴，蒙志成於去年7月至今年1月間將為自己與家庭成員間私人聚餐費用，與公務範圍或公務用途均無關消費，包括在百貨公司或餐廳用餐、酒店早午餐券等27筆消費，共計5萬3840元，交由不知情同事核銷。

蒙夫妻去年7月至12月間也將自己及家庭成員私人購物消費或餐費，包括買書、甜點及蛋糕等4筆、共3673元。且去年12月間向大億國際旅行社，以1萬8920元價格所購買取得「台糖長榮套裝平日自助餐」餐券共22張，並於同日申請核銷，為他家庭成員私人聚餐用。

檢調也追出，蒙於去年底拿家庭成員個人私用文具用品發票共427元，包含國小作業簿、馬卡龍捲尺等學生用品，經他事後自覺不妥而抽回申報單。

同時，他於去年9、10月間開公務車載妻子返回雲林，處理親友喪葬事宜，及與家人前往南紡購物中心用餐消費，油費及ETC費用約427元，合計約6萬2240元。
