Here you will find my sports schedule. This is work in progress because my usual to-go app does not allow embedding. I’ll probably end up switching to something else, but for the sake of completeness I’ll just post the links for now (so without any fancy pictures, sadly enough).
I only post endurance-related workouts (mostly running and cycling). Push ups, planks and the likes do happen, but far less often and will not be included here.
Finally, if you run into password protected sessions then just be patient. The password is there for a reason and will be removed in due time. Thanks for your understanding 🙂
(And obviously you can just ask for the password. If you’re a normal person I’ll give it to you anyway.)
