But that said, that’s such a standard thing right, the question is more what exactly does NOT constitute of snakeoil. Smart boy/girl who answers that one. Maybe the proverbial five year old can. Something like:
Someone who is not lying.
I’ll take it.
The benzodiazepine withdrawals are becoming noticeably less. That’s a good thing. Boy does that make a person grumpy. There’s only 3 decades of PTSD left, and obviously that’s far worse, and is getting worse and worse day by day.
But at least the withdrawal symptoms are weakening. I haven’t completely tapered it off yet, so there will be a bit more, but I’ll be glad when I’m off it. At least for now. It’s a silly addiction, which was deliberately done by the way. But we’ll get to that at some point.
At least there is that. I have to move. I am not in the mood, trust me.
But hey.
