Future Plans (一)

So I wrote an email to the North Koreans some twenty years ago simply asking if they accepted foreign students to study for a few months. The rest is history, and trust me, that history is already appalling enough.

They were going to show off how to crank up their craziness and put it on steroids, starting well over a decade ago. I was supposed to have planned all kinds of hallelujah and they were going to make it seem that I was living in North Korea or something like that and had this whole kindergartencircus lined up for me to show the world what would happen if anyone’d ever try something like this.

In reality I didn’t even get an answer, but hey.

Yeah, asking for some study time, because I’m a high school drop out with no linguistic feeling advised into psychiatry by his language teachers and had to apologize to one of them psychiatry nerds while ending up being a polyglot, etc.

Yes and you freaks go be upset about an email for twenty years and conduct atrocity upon atrocity with it, right chess overlords, rich folk, science monsters, taiwanese pathological liars, kindergartenkids with a gun, and all the other freaks of nature?

So let’s try again. I’m twenty years older now, but Taiwan has been dealt with. No one will ever take them seriously ever again. They did it themselves. This is what one calls:

A self-fulfilling prophecy

So here’s the email. Let’s see if the freaks have learned anything from the enormous success their own brains have proven to be the past twenty years:

Dear Comrades,
Allow me to briefly introduce myself. My name is Ashwin Sewambar (or 祝思麒) and I’m 43 years old. I’m from the Netherlands but have lived in Taiwan for the past two decades. Maybe you have the records, some twenty years ago I sent an email asking for some study time, but the situation back then was of course very different.
I have a question now. I would like to finally visit North Korea now after all these years, but am not sure on how to do this. If this is acceptable, could you please provide instructions on how I have to proceed for a visit? I presume I would have to go to Beijing first and visit the embassy there, is this correct?
I wish you nothing but the best, and hope everything is okay over there. I furthermore hope to get a reply from you. My English and Chinese are fine, so a reply in any of the two languages is okay. 如果用中文比較方便也沒問題。If you have any other questions or comments about me or anything in general feel free to let me know as well.
Regards,
Ashwin (思麒)

All that fuzz for this guys? Seriously?
